OUR PRACTICE & STAFF
Serving the community since 1961, Tri-County Oral-Facial Surgeons, P.C. is an independent group surgical practice specializing in treatments of the mouth, teeth, jaw, and facial structures. We work with you and others on your medical team — such as your family dentist, orthodontist, or physician — to provide a complete range of therapy for diseases, injuries, and defects, plus reconstruction and aesthetics.
Oral surgeons complete four years of general dentistry training and an additional four to six years of hospital-based residency training. Our surgeons completed an intensive application and examination process to become certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

OUR SERVICES
Oral and maxillofacial surgery is a dental specialty that bridges dentistry and medicine. Tri-County Oral-Facial Surgeons, P.C., delivers a broad scope of care including the management of wisdom teeth, extractions, dental implants, trauma management, corrective jaw surgery, and care of tumors in the oral cavity and salivary glands. Dr. Engroff and his staff will evaluate your particular condition and advise you of your treatment options.
Extractions
Teeth may need to be extracted for many reasons. The most common reasons are preparation for orthodontics, insufficient space in the mouth, and decay and infection in the tooth or surrounding bone.

Our practice is conveniently located in downtown State College, PA, close to Penn State University and easily accessible by public transportation. Our office is on the corner of Fraser Street and Beaver Avenue, accessible from the entrance on Beaver through the adjacent parking garage or side entrance on Fraser. Look for the RED doors!
