Initial Consultation

Your first appointment is the initial consultation, and it will consist of a comprehensive review of your diagnosis and treatment options. Please bring your surgical referral slip and any x-rays your dentist or physicians have taken. You may request that they send them to our office, or you may wish to pick them up and bring them to our office to ensure their timely delivery. Also, please bring your insurance information to your initial consultation to enable us to expedite your reimbursement.

During your initial consultation, we may take additional images for diagnostic purposes, such as an x-ray or a cone beam scan (CBCT). These images help pinpoint areas requiring clinical care and are valuable tools toward your effective diagnosis and treatment. Tri-County Oral-Facial Surgeons, P.C., collaborates with you, your referring dentist and physicians, and others in your medical team to deliver the highest quality care to you.
